After short 1st part of City Council meeting 5 min or so, my reading.

Mayor Kathy Short…

Judy & I are so very grateful for you, the City of of Depoe and our entire community, where we have lived in peace and love with the Grays since 2005…

This is also dedicated to all the volunteers who serve or have served in Lincoln County Oregon. We love you too…

We honor most on this Pearl Harbor Day December 7, 2021, veterans of all wars, the US Coast Guard, First Responders, and all those who died and kept us safe, including our very own.

We love America.  We love Lincoln County Oregon, especially Depoe Bay and all the good folks who love each other.

In memory of Vernon H. Sparks, BMC, US Navy 1936-1960 🇺🇸”
