What moved me was the lingering guilt of these folks who in their own ways felt they could have done something more or different to prevent the planes from hitting the Twin Towers on that terrible day.  All of them live to this day, 10 years later with constant guilt. The journey of healing is similar to a combat veteran challenged with moral injury in life after war.The symptoms and struggles are the same.  Read the stories in honor of all those who lost their lives on that tragic and traumatic day.  And pray for the healing and peace of mind for countless others who still live and suffer from heavy guilt.
